摘要
利用盐酸林可霉素在紫外区域无吸收峰这一特点,直接用紫外分光光度法在273±1nm波长处测定盐酸氟哌酸的含量;用甲醇分离两组分后,用微生物测定法测定盐酸林可霉素的效价。实验结果,盐酸氟哌酸的回收率为100.21%,CV=0.38%;盐酸林可霉素的回收率为99.2%,CV=0.18%。
Ultra Violet Spectrophotometry has been applied successfully to the determination of Norloxacin hydrochlorid, depending on Lincomycin hydrochlorid having no absorption spectrum in the rang 200 to 400 nm. The absorbance was measured at the maximun at 273nm. The biological assay of antibiotics of Lincomycin hydrochlorid was accomplished after the separation from Norfloxacin hydrochlorid with methanl, the recovery of Norloxacin hydrochlorid is 100.2%, CV=0.38%; the recovery of Lincomycin hydrochlorid is 99.2%, CV=0.18%
