摘要
政务公开是我国政治体制改革不断深入、社会民主化程度不断提高的产物,我国对于政务公开的研究尚处于初步探索阶段,亟待建立和完善。文章从理论和实践上对我国政务公开制度进行了梳理与探讨,认为完善政务公开制度有着深厚而且迫切的法理基础和现实动因,并通过对目前推行政务公开制度中存在的问题的阐析,在思想、技术、法律及制度层面上提出了一些对策建议。
