摘要
为解决锅炉引风机运行(特别是满负荷)时出力不足的问题,进行了长期观察和解体检查,发现主要原因是烟道积灰导致阻力增大,烟道和电除尘器漏风,吹灰用压缩空气大量进入烟道,燃煤变差引起的风量增大,以及引风机本身的机械原因,并提出了改进措施。
For the purpose of solving the problem of insufficient performance capability, exhibited by the boiler's induced fan, especially under full load conditions, long lasting observational investigation as well as checks by disessemblage were undertaken. It was found that the causes of insuflqciency were: increase of flow resistance, effected by ash deposition in the flue ducts , leakages in the flue duct and the dust precipitator, excessive soot blowing air entering the flue, increase of combustion air required by low grade coal as well as some mechanical reason which have to be attributed to the fan itself. Measures of improvement were subsequently taken.
