摘要
探讨了利用进口细纱机改造生产Solospun纱线的可行性,通过对Solospun纺纱技术原理和特点的分析,确定选用国产沟槽罗拉对设备进行改造,对纺纱过程中的原料选择及各工序工艺进行优化试验,生产出了Solospun纱线。试验结果表明:采用Solospun纺纱技术试纺毛纱是可行的,不仅缩短了生产流程,提高生产效率,而且Solospun纱线强伸度优于环锭纱,毛羽数明显减少,耐磨性提高,适合于单纱织造。
The feasibility of spinning Solospun yarn by using the imported spinning frame which has been modified was investigated. Through analyzing the technical principle and the characteristic of Solospun, it was determined to select the home-made grooved roller to carry out the modification of the machine. The Solospun material and process conditions. The test results showed that it is feasible to produce wool yarn by technology, it can shorten production process and enhance production efficiency. Moreover, when with the ring spun yarn, the Solospun yarn has better wear resistance and suitable for weaving in single yarn strength and elongation, less hairiness, and Solospun compared improved wear resistance and suitable for weaving in single yarn.
