摘要
通过从纺纱原理和机械功能角度对国内外的集聚纺设备进行分析和反求,针对特定的市场定位,选取国外比较有代表性的几种纺纱装置和国内机械集聚式纺纱装置,在探讨其设计思路的基础上,设计出适合此类型客户细纱机集聚纺纱部分,并进行了优化和模拟仿真验证。
Analysis and disprove are done to the equipment of the compact spinning both at home and abroad regarding the spinning philosophy and the mechanical performance.Oriented by the special users,approach is done into the design philosophy through selection of the typical spinning equipments overseas and some compact spinning equipments at home,for the optimization and validation of the compact spinning equipments specially for the intended users.
