2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的促心肌素-1水平 被引量：4

Cardiotrophin-1: another marker of type 2 diabetic cardiovascular disease?

摘要 2型糖尿病组血浆促心肌素-1(CT-1)升高,心肌梗死患者高于心绞痛患者,与心肌酶呈正相关。糖尿病合并冠心病组升高更明显,糖尿病早期已有心血管病变,CT-1反映糖尿病心血管病变的严重程度,可作为糖尿病心血管病变的标识物。 The level of cardiotropin-1 was higher in T2DM than in non-T2DM, higher in myocardium infarction than in angina, and positively correlated with myocardial enzymes. When T2DM combined with coronary heart disease, cardiotropin-1 level was more increased, and might be an important marker for the severity of diabetic cardiovascular disease.
