摘要
西部贫困山区的新农村建设有着地理条件、经济社会环境、人文基础的特殊性。本文以具有代表性的平武、北川地区为例,以微观模式入手,论述新农村建设的方法,提出了“企业+集体(合作社,协会)+农户”的模式,同时将政府的作用引入模式之中。最后本文指出了实现这一模式的方法。
The mountainous despressed area in Western China has particularities in geological condition, economic and social condition, and humanities foundation. Take Pingwu and Beichuan for example. Through the microcosmic modes, the method of the new socialist rural construction was analyzed. The ＂Enterprises ＋ Collective （Coperative, Association） ＋ Peasant Household＂ mode was proposed and the government＇ s function was infused into the model. At last, the measures to realize the mode were given.
