摘要
环境经济的协同发展,是协调发展理念和绿色发展理念的基本内涵。依据协同论、系统论和环境经济学等基本理论原理,该文构建了美丽乡村建设中环境经济协同发展的理论分析框架,揭示了美丽乡村建设中环境经济协同发展的内涵和特点,重点分析了经济子系统与环境子系统之间的相互关系,认为环境系统是经济发展的基础和约束条件,而经济系统是环境保护的变力和促动因素。
The synergistic development between environment and economy is the basic connotation of harmonious development concept and green development concept. Based on the theory of coordination theory,system theory and environmental economics,this paper construct the theoretical analysis framework of the environmental and economic cooperation in the beautiful countryside construction,and reveals connotation and characteristics,focusing on analysis of the relationship between the economic subsystem and environment subsystem. It is concluded that environment system is the foundation and constraint conditions for economic development,economic system is changed to protect the environment and promoting factors.
