摘要
在激光打靶中,利用两块性能基本一致的多层膜镜作为色散元件,构成了一台简单实用的强脉冲单色软X光标定源。在94年度的“星光”实验中,对该光源的性能作了初步研究。
The high intensity pulse source of soft x-ray for calibration is formed by using x-rays emitted from laser-irradiated Au planar targets as x-ray source and then using two multilayer mirrors, which have approximately the same properties, as dispersive elements. On the “Xingguang-Ⅱ” high power laser facility experiment in 1994, the properties of the x-ray calibrating source were studied basically and some progress was obtained.
