听觉诱发电位指数监测硬膜外麻醉下小儿镇静深度的效果 被引量:3

摘要 小儿下肢骨科手术常采用硬膜外麻醉,在进行硬膜外麻醉操作以及整个手术过程中需要维持良好的镇静。有研究表明听觉诱发电位指数(AAI)可用于监测成人和小儿咪达唑仑、异丙酚镇静的深度,脑电双频指数(BIS)不能作为氯胺酮镇静的监测指标,而AAI能否用于监测氯胺酮的镇静深度尚未定论。本研究拟观察AAI用于监测小儿硬膜外麻醉常规镇静的效果。
