To introduce the basic procedure of decision-making of HRMO based on a chemical engineering enterprise as an example for A company. In order to successfully carry out the decision-making of HR management outsourcing, a company must obey the basic procedures： founding the organization of decision of HR management outsourcing; studying and planning the outsourcing; looking for and selecting the ＂possible servers of outsourcing; drawing up project scheme, valuing the reply to the demands of project scheme, negotiating, examining and signing a perfect contract.
