基于AHP-TFN的机械产品选配零部件优先级综合评价

摘要 文章从零部件生产的整个生命周期入手,分析各阶段相关成本、装配时可能受到的约束及零部件质量的稳定周期,构建了选配优先级综合评价指标体系;利用基于AHP-TFN的优先级综合评价方法得到零部件选配的优先级排序,可以为选配过程中因零部件重要程度而考虑更好的选配策略提供参考;最后给出实例来验证该方法的可行性与有效性。 In the establishment of the comprehensive evaluation index system of the priority of parts in selective assembly of mechanical products, the whole lifecycle of parts production, the interrelated cost, potential restriction, and the stable period of the quality of parts are considered, and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and the triangular fuzzy number(TFN)are applied, thus achieving the aim that the synthetical value of surplus parts is minimal. The construction principles of the evaluation index system are introduced. The calculation steps in the comprehensive evaluation of the priority of parts are described in detail. An order of the priority of parts can be gained with the method. An application example is given to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
