超声内镜在胰腺疾病诊断和介入治疗中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 胰腺是位于腹膜后的器官,没有骨性组织,一般的体格检查和普通的影像学检查对诊断胰腺疾病有一定的局限性,限制了对胰腺疾病的早期诊断.超声内镜能够提供高分辨率的胰腺实质、导管及其邻近组织的图像,对胰腺疾病的诊断有着较高的特异性和灵敏度,是诊断胰腺疾病的一种有效的影像学方法.本文就超声内镜在胰腺疾病的诊断及介入治疗中的应用作一综述. Pancreas is located behind the peritoneum without bone tissues, and general body examination and imaging detection have some limitations in the diagnosis of pancreatic diseases, which leads to the failure of early diagnosis. Endoscopic ultrasonography can provide us with high-resolution images of the pancreas the nearby structures, and it is an effective imaging modality for the diagnosis of pancreatic diseases with a high specificity and sensitivity. In this article, we reviewed the value of endoscopic ultrasonography in the diagnosis and interventional therapy for panceatic diseases.
