摘要
我国产品质量法确立的“统一领导,分级、分部门管理”的质量管理体制本质上是计划经济的反映,不符合市场经济的要求。需根据市场经济发展的要求,对我国产品质量管理体制作进一步的完善。
Product quality management system affirmed by the Product Quality Law reflects planned economy essentially that excutes unified leadership and management at different levels or departments,and can＇t fit market economy requirements. So,the system need to be improved further according to the market economy.
