摘要
建构清晰的项目影响理论、项目过程理论体系,对于弥补项目理论评估中的缺陷具有重要意义。近期建设规划编制方法的理论评估包括影响理论评估、过程理论评估、比较研究评估。应慎重确定主要编制内容,改进研究方法,以为近期建设规划编制过程中的组织和实施机制提供更多的政策支持。
Constructing project influence theory and process theory is significant to offsetting the deficiencies in project theoretical evaluation. Theoretical evaluation of immediate plan includes influencing theory evaluation, process theory evaluation, and comparative research evaluation. We should decide the major planning content carefully and improve research method to provide more policy support for the organization and implementation of immediate plan making.
