摘要
在简述太阳能电池原理和发展的基础上,分析了太阳能电池用多晶硅的生产方法.认为:改良的熔盐电解法和熔盐三层电解精炼法有可能直接制取太阳能级多晶硅,此法一旦研究成功,将大幅度地降低太阳能级多晶硅生产成本,应引起人们的关注.
On the basis of the principle and development of solar cell, the production of polysilicon as solar cell is discussed. It is considered that the direct preparation of polysilicon of solar energy level is possible by improved molten salt electrolysis and threeply fused salt electrolytic refining. The production cost of polysilicon of solar energy level will be decreased by leaps and bounds once this method succeeds, This should draw people' s attention.
