摘要
反常的温度分布往往能反映设备的非正常运行状态,红外图像为有效测量物体的温度及相对温度分布提供了更加便捷的途径。该文分别从理论和实验上分析与验证了太阳能光伏阵列在正常光照、遮挡、故障以及典型负载、开路、短路等情况下的温度变化以及相应的红外图像特征,为进一步在大面积的太阳能光伏利用中实现非接触式的在线检测与故障分析提供了依据。
Anomalous temperature distributions are often an indication of atypical behavior in a device under investigation. Infrared cameras provide a convenient effective method for measuring both absolute and relative temperature distributions of an object. In this paper,the temperature changes and corresponding infrared images of photovoltaic array are analyzed theoretically and tested experimentally while the photovoltaic array works under the typical load,in an open-circuit and in a short-circuit under the conditions of normal solar illumination, being shadowed and having a breakdown respectively. This work provides a scientific basis for the subsequent non-contact on-line detection and fault analysis in the extensive application of photovoltaic array.
