摘要
报道了人参皂苷Compound K的合成产物棕榈酸酯PM1的高效液相测定法,用十八烷基硅烷键合相柱,UV215nm,分析时间65min,室温,流速0.1mL/min,流动相100%甲醇。PM1的保留时间为45min左右。经测定PM1的平均转化率达到27.59%。PM1在0.209~13.376μg呈现良好的线性关系,R=0.99222。平均加样回收率99.49%,RSD为1.74%(n=5)。
An RP-HPLC method was established for determination the contents of the palmitate PM1 of the synthetic production of the ginsenoside compound K. The analysis involved a column packed with ODS C18. The mobile phase consisted of 100% MeOH,at flow rate of 0.1 mL/min. Peaks were detected at215 nm. Analytic time was 65 min and retention time of PM1 was 45 min or so. Column temperature was room temperature. It showed that the average transformation rate of PM1 was 27.59%. The linear ranges of the PM1 was 0.209 ~ 13. 376μg(R =0. 99222). The average recovery rate was 99.49% ,RDS 1.74% (n=5).
