摘要
本试验从５种不同林分土壤生态系中分离出放线菌５７６株，其中对绿色木霉有拮抗活性的有６株。该６株放线菌对绿色木霉和香菇菌存在拮抗性差异，以及对热处理（１２１℃／３０ｍｉｎ）表现出不同的稳定性。其中以Ｃ６菌株对绿色木霉的抑制作用最强，而对香菇菌丝生长影响最小，同时对热表现出较好的稳定性。
Of 576 isolates of streptomycetes, 6 isolates had demonstrated abilities to inhibit the growth of Trichoderma viride. The C 6 isolate had strong ability to inhibit the growth of T.viride and little effect on the growth of Xianggu mushroom (Lentinus shiitake). It was stable at 121℃ for 30 min, and still effective against T.viride.
