非球面模芯镜面磨削专用杯形砂轮修整技术的研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对轴承钢非球面模芯镜面磨削用铸铁结合剂CBN杯形砂轮的修整问题,设计了专用摆动电极和圆弧成形电极修整装置,该装置结构简单,微调精度高;利用电极与CBN砂轮铸铁结合剂之间的电火花放电腐蚀现象,在亚微米机床上,利用高频直流脉冲电源作对砂轮进行电火花整形,整形后的砂轮通过调整放电电压与放电间隙,在电解液作用下进行短时间修锐。通过最终检测结果表明,砂轮的尺寸误差为3.5μm,最大面形轮廓误差约为3μm,修整后砂轮的尺寸误差和形状误差均达到非球面模芯镜面磨削加工要求。 The castiron-bonded CBN wheel is a main grinding tool in aspheric injection mold ultra-precision grinding, but the truing and dressing of the CBN wheel is an obstacle during the process, in this paper, a special swing electrode and an arc-shape electrode were designed, and the iron-bonded CBN wheel was trued by the method of electric spark. After truing, the voltage of high frequency DC pulse power and the discharging gap were adjusted to dress the wheel. Through the truing and dressing, all the radius and form errors of the wheels were satisfied to the requirement of ultra-precision grinding. The radius error is 3.5μm and the maxim form error is about 31μm.
