摘要
通过分析国土资源电子政务系统的总体框架、网络模式以及体系结构,提出基于电子政务基础平台、数据中心和交换体系的政务管理信息系统建设模式,最后对基础平台、数据中心和交换体系设计以及GIS关键技术等进行了详细讨论。
By analyzing the overall framework,network model and structure of e-governmental affair system of land resources,a scheme of governmental affairs management information system is proposed based on platform of e-governmental affairs,data center and exchange system.Design of the basic platform,data center and exchange system and as well as key technology of GIS are discussed in detail.
