摘要
基于GIS技术的国土资源政务信息系统是当前国土资源信息化建设的重要技术手段之一。以国产Map-GIS为基础开发平台,针对通化市国土资源局电子政务系统设计中的需求调查与分析、体系结构设计和系统功能设计、系统安全设计等方面进行了较全面地分析,详细介绍了通化市国土资源局电子政务系统的实现与应用。
Territorial resource e- government information system based on MapGIS is an important technical means of constructing an information - based territorial resources system. This paper introduces in detail the implementation and application of e - government system of Tonghua Territorial Resources Bureau based on home developed MapGIS software in the light of overall analysis of requirement investigation and analysis, system structure design, system function design and system security design of the design of Tonghua Territorial Resources Bureau e -government system.
