摘要
利用微波水热法,以TiC l3为前驱物,成功地制备了金红石相的TiO2纳米棒。在特定的反应条件下,这些纳米棒自发聚集成大面积的取向阵列。纳米棒的平均直径约50 nm,而且从扫描和透射电镜分析可知,它们是由约5 nm的纳米线组成的。利用电子背散射衍射技术(EBSD),对该样品中纳米棒的晶体学取向进行了研究,进而对生长机理进行了讨论。
Rutile phase TiO2 nanorods were synthesized from TiC13 by the microwave hydrothermal method. Large area self-organized oriented array of the nanorods was obtained under specific experimental conditions. Scanning and transmission electron microscopy analyses show that these nanorods having an average diameter of around 50 nm consist of bunches of 5 nm nanowires. Crystallographic orientations of the nanorods were successfully characterized by the electron backscatter diffraction technique, and based on the analyses the growth mechanism is suggested.
