摘要
概略介绍了国家基本比例尺地形图1∶50000地形数据库更新设计方案的基本思想及作业流程。对项目实施过程中的重点、难点以及相关技术问题做了归纳,提出了解决办法。
This paper briefly introduced the national basic scale topographic map and the basic idea and working process of 1 ： 50 000 national topographic database updating plan. It summarized the importance, difficulties, and relevant technical problem during the implementation of the project and put forward the solutions.
