摘要
将情绪智力理论应用到领导领域的研究近些年已经成为重要课题。本文试图从情绪智力角度分析领导领域最热门的研究之一—转变型领导。在简要分析情绪智力两种理论模式的基础上,根据转变型领导理论界定影响转变型领导的情绪智力因素。拟为转变型领导者的培养提供情绪智力方面的心理学依据。
Recent years, researches of Emotional Intelligence in the leadership area have already been very important. The article tries analysing the Transformational leadership theory which is the hottest research in the leadership area from the point of view of EI. And explains the factors of EI which influence the Transformational leadership on the basis of two EI theory model and the Transformational leadership theory. To provide Psychology gists of EI in training transformational leaders.
