摘要
根据心理学、认知心理学、教育心理学三个学科关于学习和认知的一些研究成果,从宏现和微观两个角度探讨了大学生的学习方法及理论依据。宏现指导思想涉及知识总结、自学、博专统一、学与思、复习;微观具体措施涉及掌握知识的学习手段(如,类比与对比,正例与反例等)以及运用知识的思维方法。
According to the result of the existing research concerning learning and cognition in the fields of psychology, cognitive psychology and educational psychology, this article discusses college students' learning methods and their theoretical foundation. The macroscopic guiding principles include the principle, pattern and content of knowledge summary, self-study, erudite and professional training, learning to think and review, while the microscopic measures deal with the approach to mastering knowledge (i.e. analogy and contrast, obverse and reverse, etc.) and the way of thinking to apply knowledge.
