摘要
度假地形态学关注度假地的土地利用、建筑形态及目的地具有的相关功能,是西方地理学者研究海滨度假地的重要内容之一。20世纪30年代以来,国外学者对海滨度假地形态进行研究,并取得了英国传统海滨度假地形态模型、海滨度假地形态演化模型和综合型海滨度假区形态模型等主要理论成果。这些理论成果揭示了海滨度假地土地存在级差地租,度假地规划开发须遵循一定的形态规律,政府应以规划控制者的角色介入海滨度假地开发,否则很可能出现海滨度假地城市化。综合型度假区除了做好区内土地规划控制外,还需要对包括度假区核心在内的整体用地进行综合性规划和管理。
Resort morphology is concerned about the land use, built forms and associated functions of resort destination, which has been one of westem geographer interests on coastal resort research. The paper reviews relative important literatures from as early as 1930s. Three kinds of models were reviewed, which include morphology model of Bdtish coastal resort in 18th century, coastal urbanization model, and integrated coastal resort model. These models have lot of implications, which contribute to the reasonable planning and sound development of coastal resorts. Strict resort planning should be controlled by government to prevent from coastal resort urbanization. It is also important for integrated resort planners to develop a comprehensive plan for the larger area, through which the concept of integrated resort development does work.
