摘要
就C对TiCN系膜层的硬度、耐磨性、与Fe基材料的摩擦系数和粘附倾向的影响进行了试验研究。借助于SEM、AES、XRD、WDS等手段，对C在TiCN系膜层中的行为、作用进行了初步探讨。
The effects of carbon on hardness, wear resistance of the TiCN hard coatings, the fric tion coefficient and the adherent tendency between the coatings and materials based on Fe were investi gated by using SEM, AES, XRD, WDS. The behaviors and functions of carbon in TiCN coatings were also discussed
