摘要
给出复常系数线性系统一个新的稳定性判据，以计算特征多项式系数的递推公式形式表示。
This paper gives a new stability criterion for linear system with constant complex coefficients,which is expressed by a recursion formula for calculating the coefficients of the characteristic polynomial.The criterion is practical and applicable to linear system with constant complex coefficients.
