摘要
目的探讨脑梗死患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)与血脂的关系。方法对58例脑梗死患者及23例非脑梗死成人,采用双功能彩色多普勒超声检测颈动脉IMT及斑块的位置、数量、回声特征,并对脑梗死患者进行血脂检测。结果脑梗死组颈总动脉及分叉处IMT明显高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P1=0.018,P2=0.01);而斑块积分与对照组比较,差别无统计学意义(P=0.179)。脑梗死组血浆总胆固醇含量与IMT呈正相关性(r=0.225,P=0.044);低密度脂蛋白胆固醇与颈总动脉IMT呈正相关性(r=0.265,P=0.017);血甘油三酯与颈总动脉分叉处IMT呈正相关性(r=0.236,P=0.034)。结论颈动脉IMT与血中总胆固醇、甘油三酯及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇相关。
Objective To evaluate the relation between carotid intima-medial thickness (IMT) & plaque of carotid and plasma lipid in cerebral infarction patients. Methods IMT, location, amount, property of the carotid plaque were examined with color Doppler ultrasound, and plasma lipids were detected in 58 patients with cerebral infarction who were confirmed with cranial CT or MRI and in 23 normal control subjects. Results The IMT of common carotid and bifurcations in patients with cerebral infarction was thicker than those in normal controls and there was significance (P1=0.018, P2=0.01). Crouse integral was higher in patients with cerebral infarction than in normal controls, but there was no significance (P=0.179). IMT of common carotid arteries in patients with cerebral infarction was positively correlated with contents of TC and LDL-C (r =0.225, P=-0.044; r =0.265, P=-0.017). IMT of bifurcations in patients with cerebral infarction was positively correlated with TG(r =0.236, P=0.034). Conclusion The development of cerebral infarction is closely correlated with the carotid IMT and the contents of TC, TG, and LDL-C in plasma lipoproteins.
