摘要
新农村建设是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务．以沈阳市于洪区大潘镇西古村建设与人居环境治理规划为例,通过对农村建设规划中如何调整产业结构、缩减宅基地、保持农村特色、延续地域、自然与文化特色等问题的分析,总结了在新农村建设规划中需要注意的问题．
The new rural construction is a significant historic task in our country modernization advancement.Taking the Construction and Environment Planning of Xigu Village in Dapan,Shenyang City as an example,this paper summarizes some problems which must be attached importance to in the new rural construction plan through analysising some question such as how to adjust the industrial structure,how to reduce the homestead, how to maintain the countryside characteristic, how to continue the region,the nature and the cultural characteristic and so on.It also introduces the effort which has been made in the plan practice.
