摘要
针对目前锯片齿尖热处理质量不稳定、生产效率低等问题,将火焰表面淬火技术引入齿尖的热处理工艺中,研究开发出了以燃气为热源的锯片齿尖火焰淬火机床。本机床适用于型钢切割用金属热切(或冷切)圆锯片的锯齿加工或修磨后的热处理,具有自动化程度高、调整方便、运行可靠等特点。为了验证其工艺可行性并为设计和使用提供依据,用计算机模拟计算了锯片齿尖在火焰淬火过程中的温度场变化,确定了典型工况下锯片的最佳转速。结果表明,对特定的机床和锯片,通过调整锯片转速调节淬火工艺最为简便。
For the unstable quality and low efficiency in heat-treatment of circular saw blade teeth, a kind of flame quenching machine tool for the blade teeth is designed by using flame surface quenching technology. This machine tool can be used for the heat -treatment of all kinds of circular saw blades, for hot cutting or cold cutting of section or profiled bar. It possesses high degree of automation, convenience for adjustment and reliability of work. Through digital simulation, the temperature fields of blade teeth have been analyzed in the quenching process, and the best rotation speed of blade has be determined preliminarily. The simulation proved the feasibility of the usage of flame quenching for circular saw blade teeth and that the most convenient adjustment of the parameter of the flame quenching process is to change the rotation speed of the blade.
