摘要
分析了车轮踏面产生裂纹的原因。结果表明:火焰表面淬火时加热不均匀,使得其组织交界处的拉应力和压应力并存,并交替出现,从而导致裂纹的产生。
The crack reason of the working-face of the wheel was analyzed. The results show that the reason of producing cracks is non-homogeneous heating during surface-quenched by flame; pressure stress and tension stress exist jointly on the board of the structures.
