摘要
以铝活塞制作为例,用直接铸型铸造可缩短新产品开发周期,免除了砂型铸造过程中复杂的生产环节。根据铝活塞的结构和功用,设计出铝活塞零件图。用Pro-E转化为三维立体图,经Zprinter系统打印出实体模型以进行结构检查,对铝活塞进行铸造工艺分析设计。通过计算机,用耐高温材料立体打印出模具的模腔模芯及浇注系统,清理烘干装配后,直接浇注金属铝液,可快速经济地得到铸件。
