摘要
目的研制一种新型点接触锁定加压接骨板(PC-LCP),对其固定新鲜山羊胫骨表面形态特征及生物力学特性进行评价。方法应用压力敏感膜,比较新型点接触锁定加压钢板(PC-LCP)与有限接触加压接骨板(LC-DCP)固定新鲜山羊胫骨时接触面积、压力及应力变化。同时使用山羊新鲜配对胫骨15对,做成横断的骨折模型,分别用PC-LCP及LC-DCP加压固定,在多功能力学试验机上进行四点弯曲实验、扭转实验及垂直压缩试验。结果PC-LCP与LC-DCP固定新鲜山羊胫骨时接触面积、压力及应力差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。PC-LCP固定骨折抗扭刚度略小于LC-DCP,抗弯刚度、垂直压缩刚度均略大于LC-DCP,但三者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PC-LCP明显减少了与骨面的接触面积,同时固定骨折的生物力学性能达到临床需求。
Objective To determine the interface contact profiles and the biomechanical of the new design plate PC-LCP in fixing the fresh sheep tibia. Methods Using the Pressure sensitive film and the image analysis system to evaluated the variance of the interface characteristics of pressure,force and contact area when fixing the fresh sheep tibia. In each 15 pairs fresh sheep cadaveric tibia fixed by PC-LCP or LC-DCP, the Four point bonding,torsion tes tand axial compression was conducted to compare the bonding and torsion stiffness.Results The new design bone plate PC-LCP provide a significant differences in interface conact when compared to the LC-DCP (P 〈 0.01 )and there were no significant differences in bending, torsion stiffness and axial compression between the two experimental bone plates. Conclusion PC-LCP provided a advantage in deducing the contact area than LC-DCP and it attained the clinical demand of the biomechanical stability.
