摘要
高原训练的生理机制通常被认为是机体对氧不足引起的血氧过少的适应结果。机体对高原的低氧环境很快会建立起一系列复杂的代偿性生理机制,使各系统达到新的平衡,即所谓习服。而这种习服首先对人体呼吸、循环系统产生影响。
Physiological mechanism of altitude training is usually deemed as adaptive result due to little oxygenation of the blood caused by hypoxia of mechanism. The mechanism will rapidly construct a series complex compensative physiological mechanism to hypoxia environment of plateau called acclimatization. While such acclimatization will in order to make all systems achieve a new balance, i.e. so firstly influence human respiratory system and circ system.
