摘要
构件在焊接过程中产生应力而变形,对构件的性能、尺寸精度和稳定性产生影响,从而影响产品质量。本文介绍了焊接应力和变形的形成过程和产生的主要因素,以及焊接应力的消除和变形的矫正方法。
Components become deformed because of stress in welding, which influences the capability,. dimension precision and stability of the components, consequently affecting the products' quality. This paper introduces the jointing stress and main factors of deformation forming, elimination of the jointing stress and antidote of the deformation.
