摘要
以石油焦为原料,KOH为活化剂研制出的活性炭,碘吸附为2608 mg.g-1,是普通活性炭2.6倍,对亚甲基蓝吸附为36ml,是普通活性炭的3倍。在活性炭的制备试验中,活化剂用KOH和活化助剂,高温浸渍这一新工艺。通过电容制备的应用试验,得出电容的大小与活性炭吸附和脱附KOH值有关。
Activated carbon of high Adsorption properties was prepared by using petroleum coke as the raw material and KOH as the activator, and its idodine adsorption value was 2 608mg· g^-1, being 2.6 times that of the ordinary activated carbon. Methylene blue adsorption of the activated carbon was 36ml, being 3 times that of the ordinary activated carbon. In the activated carbon preparing experiment, a new technology.was adopted, including using KOH as an activator, adding auxiliaries and soaking the petroleum coke at high temperature. The prepared activated carbon was made into electrical double layer capacitors (EDLC) to test its performance, the results have shown that the specific capacitcance of the activated carbon has a direct relatioin with the adsorption and desorption of KOH.
