摘要
劳动力成本优势不是企业竞争力的必然,劳动力成本上升是总的趋势,不可避免。劳动力成本上升给国内企业带来竞争压力的同时,也有利于促进产业结构的调整和企业寻求新的竞争优势。但劳动力成本的上涨在短期内还是应该控制在一定程度内,否则所带来的冲击会影响到所带来的机遇。
The labour cost advantage is not necessarily enterprise competitiveness. The overall trend is the inevitable rising of labour costs. While the rising of labor costs brings pressures to domestic enterprises, it also contributes to the restructuring of the industry and the seeking for new competitive advantages. However, in the short term, the rising of labour costs should be controlled in a certain extent, otherwise, its impact will affect the opportunities it brings.
