摘要
系统介绍了近年来黑曲霉β-葡萄糖苷酶(EC3.2.1.2)的酶解特征、酶学性质、催化机制、活性中心、生物学功能及应用技术等方面的研究进展,并展望了其应用前景。
The development of the study on β-glucosidase （EC3.2.1.2） from Aspergillus niger in the some aspects is introduced systematically, such as enzymolysis property, enzymology character, catalysis mechanism, active site, biological function and technology of its application, and the application of the enzyme in the future is discussed.
