摘要 提出了基于一维测头准双曲面齿轮齿面偏差的测量及误差补偿方法。规划了齿面测量网格区域,并计算得到网格节点的坐标值和单位法矢。运用复杂曲面测量原理及误差补偿理论,建立了偏差数据补偿修正的计算式,得到了真实齿面在法线方向的偏差。在国产测量中心上使用一维测头对实际产品进行了齿面偏差测量,其结果与使用三维测头的M&M3525测量中心的测量结果基本一致,从而验证了该测量方法的可行性和正确性。 The measuring method and data processing of tooth surface deviation based on one-dimension probe was firstly presented and investigated. On the basis of the mathematic model of tooth surface generation, the coordinate values and normal directional cosine of the measured points at the tooth surface were calculated, and the three-dimensional map of tooth surface was partitioned and produced. The formula of error compensation was established and the real normal directional deviation of tooth surface was obtained by means of the three-dimensional measurement principle of complex surface and the theory of error compensation. The measurement comparison experiments of the one-dimensional probe in JD45S with that of the three-dimensional probe in M&M 3525 had been done. The results of two measurements show a good agreement and prove that the measuring method with the one-dimensional probe is accurate and feasible.
