摘要
研究了加工中心一次走刀立铣的切削用量优化。基于最大生产率和最低加工成本建立了优化数学模型,并使用遗传算法进行优化求解,最后通过实验验证了该优化方法具有比手册数据更好的经济性、安全性。
The optimization of machining parameter plays an important role in m odern manufacturing industry. Optimization strategies for the selection of econo mic cutting conditions in single pass end-milling operation on machining center are discussed. The optimization model is developed using a deterministic approa ch involving mathematical analysis and handbook recommendations, based on the ma ximum production rate criterion and on the minimum cost per component. Based on the modal, the optimal milling parameters are generated with genetic algorithms. Experiments have demonstrated the economic benefits of using these strategies o ver handbook recommendations.
