摘要
辅酶Q10是一种很好的生化药物,具有重要的生理作用,是细胞自身产生的天然抗氧化剂和激活细胞呼吸的细胞代谢激活剂。笔者研究了从提取细胞色素C后的牛心残渣中分离纯化辅酶Q10的工艺。采用醇碱皂化法,经石油醚萃取、硅胶柱层析,无水乙醇结晶、重结晶得到辅酶Q10。经标准曲线法测定在最佳条件下,分离得到的辅酶Q10纯度较高,达91.2%。
Coenzyme Q10 is a very good biochemicals, which has important physiological function. And it is also natural oxidation and cell metabolism activating agent of activated cellular breathing, which is produced by cell oneself. The author has studied the technics that the extraction and isolation of Coenzyme Q10 from cattle heart. Coenzyme Q10 is obtained through saponification, extraction with petroleum benzine, chromatography with silica gel and crystallization with ethanol. And under the optimal conditions, concentration of Coenzyme Q10 that determinated with standard curve chart was 91.2%.
