颈椎骨折脱位：前路手术与后路手术 被引量：4

摘要 颈椎是脊柱活动度最大的关节，位于头颅与躯干之间，但周围缺乏坚强的保护，极不稳定，加之颈椎的体积、强度均较其它椎体小，故轻微损伤即可造成严重后果。颈椎损伤，根据其解剖特点可分为上颈椎损伤（C0-2）和下颈椎损伤（C3-7和C7～T1）；按照损伤机制可分为屈曲暴力、伸展暴力、垂直压缩暴力等多种损伤。
