摘要
目的观察黄芩素对大鼠子宫内膜异位症防治作用及其机制。方法采用手术移植法制备大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型,大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组和黄芩素高、低剂量组,测定大鼠的血清TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8含量及脾脏NK细胞活性,采用免疫组织化学的方法检测异位内膜标本中Bcl-2,ICAM-1的表达。结果黄芩素治疗组与模型组相比血清TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8活性明显降低,脾脏NK细胞活性显著增高,异位内膜标本中ICAM-1,Bcl-2表达明显下降。结论黄芩素对子宫内膜异位症大鼠具有治疗作用,其作用机制可能与其抑制TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8产生,抑制ICAM-1,BcI-2的表达以及增强脾脏NK细胞活性有关。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects and mechanism of scutellarin on endometriosis in rats. Methods The endometriosis model of rats was created by surgical implantation and rats were randomly divided into four groups. At the end of the experiment,the activities of serum TNF-α,IL-6 ,IL-8 were observed, the expression of Bcl-2 and ICAM - 1 were also observed by immunohistochemistry and the activity of nature kill cell in spleen was measured. Results The activities of serum TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 in scutellarin groups were lower than those in the model control group , the expressions of Bcl-2, ICAM-1 in scutellarin groups were lower than those in the model control group ,the activity of nature kill cell in spleen of scutellarin groups rose more significantly than that of the model control group. Conclusion Scutellarin may have the therapeutic effect on the endometriosis of rats by inhibiting the producing of serum TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 , decreasing the expressions of Bcl-2, ICAM - 1 and enhancing the activity of nature kill cell in spleen.
