摘要
目的观察苦菜(PV)的抗氧化作用。方法采用TBA法、NBT法测定小鼠心、肝、脑、肾组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果苦菜能降低心、脑、肝、肾体外组织中MDA的含量,苦菜3种剂量均有显著降低小鼠体内心、肝、脑、肾组织中MDA含量(P<0.05或<0.01);BVE 250 mg、500 mg/(kg.d),能显著提高上述组织中SOD活性(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论苦菜具有明显的体内外抗氧化作用。
Objective To study the antioxygenation of Patrinia Villosaon(PV). Methods Content of maiondialdehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the heart, brain, liver and kidney of rat and mice were measured by TBA and NBT technique respectively. Results Patrinia Villosaon could decrease the content of MDA of liver,heart, kidney, brain homogenate in vitro. PV could decrease evidently content of MDA in all tissue in vivo ( P 〈0.0 5 or 0.01 ) , 250 mg and 500 mg/(kg · d) ,and could increase significantly the activity of SOD. Conclusion PV has antioxygenation effect obviously in vitro and vivo of rat.
