摘要
针对数控机床的外型结构、实际加工特点以及仿真动画形式,综合分析并应用了几种三维建模方法。根据结构实体几何法(CSG)建模思想,采用层次化、结构化的建模方法,构建了机床本体(包括刀具)模型;采用基于三角网格的离散方法,有效地解决了毛坯的变形动画仿真问题,实现了车削、铣削加工过程动态仿真;基于粒子系统的建模策略,实现了不规则物体(如冷却液)的物理动画仿真。基于上述方法所开发的数控仿真系统,具有较好的真实感和动画仿真实时性。
Synthetically considering the machine tool' s configuration, characteristics of actual machining and the type of simulation animation, several 3D modeling methods were applied to the system' s 3D simulation module. On the basis of the idea of CSG modeling method, the hierarchical structural modeling method was adopted to construct machine (including tool) model. The discretization of triangle mesh was used in the dynamic simulation of machining process which effectively solves the anamorphic animation of the model. The particle system modeling method was implemented to describe the physical animation simulation of irregular objects, such as cooling fluid. The system based on the above methods has idea realistic effects and real-time capability.
