摘要
在对果蔬物性分析的基础上,提出了保鲜包装要求并总结了国内外近年来功能性包装材料与先进的包装技术。
Fresh-keeping packaging requirements were put forward on the basis of property analysis for fruits and vegetables. The functional packaging materials and advanced packaging techniques recent years in the world were summarized.
