摘要
复合型数控人才的培养要结合学生个人综合素质培养,营造和谐的、具有数控专业特色的精神文化氛围。复合型数控人才的培养应顺应社会对高技术、高素质人才的需求,从提高数控专业教师的专业素质;加强教材的辅助建设;构建基础知识、基础素质平台,保证核心课程的理论学习和模块化实践;加强实验/实践环节,重视课内实践教学及做好开放性实训;面向工程,主动与业界接轨等方面入手,提高学生专业水平,加强学生能力培养,确保其适应、服务社会。
The cultivation of technical talents of numerical control major should be aimed at producing compound talents with correct life attitudes, values, practicality, professional ethics, solid professional knowledge and skills, as well as viability. When training the compound talents of numerical control major, we must take into consideration the cultivation of students＇ comprehensive abilities and the building of a harmonious atmosphere characterized by numerical control major spirit and culture. Besides, the training should meet the requirements of talents with high techniques and high quality by improving the teachers＇ professional qualities, promoting the supplementary construction of textbooks, constructing platforms of basic knowledge and quality, ensuring the theoretical study and modularization of core courses, enhancing the links of experiment and practice, emphasizing the in-class practical teaching and open practice, gearing up for projects, and adapting students to the society.
