摘要
电渣重熔过程控制是典型的时变控制系统。在详细分析了美国康萨克公司电渣重熔炉自动控制系统基本工作原理的基础上,重点讨论了熔速控制的关键技术,提出并实现了时变系统的数学模型建立方法,成功地应用于邢台冶金轧辊集团铸钢分厂15 t电渣重熔炉,完成了自动控制系统改造项目,通过现场6个月的实际运行,控制效果甚至优于原康萨克的电控系统。
The process of a ingot remelting in a Consarc coaxial electroslag remelting (ESR) furnace is regarded as a time-varying system. First the detail introduction of the control system for Consarc ESR furnace is given. Then the part of melting rate control is discussed as the key point of the system. A time-varying model is identified from the melting process and is used as part of the control system. Finally a new control system for the Consarc ESR furnace is developed, and used in a Consarc ESR furnace with 15 t weight in a plant of XingTai metallurgical roller Group. After 6 months operation, the new control system shows steady and good performance, and some features of this system are even better then the old one.
